Your privacy rights are important to us. We want you to know that no personal information submitted within this website will be sold or forwarded to any third party. All information gathered is directed exclusively to Something New Florist and is used solely for billing and delivery purposes.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all floral and gift items. If you are not completely satisfied with your fresh flower arrangement, please contact our Customer Service Department at (330) 702-8777 within 48 hours after receipt of flowers.

Our Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Same Day Delivery

For same-day deliveries please place your order before 2PM. Orders placed after the 2PM cut-off can not be guaranteed for same day delivery and may be delivered the following business day.

Order Changes/Cancellations

Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery. If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any orders, simply call our Customer Service Department directly at (330) 702-8777 or (800) 729-5952. We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via email.
